You can pick up any number of books on the theory of great communication.

Indeed we’ve been tempted to write our own.

But when it comes down to it, communicating is primarily a physical activity. You can theorise as much as you like but in the end you’ve got to get up and do it.

The heart of our coaching is about just that - getting up and doing.

We use practical, applicable and fun exercises as well as video feedback in our sessions. What you leave with is an effective toolbox of communication skills which you can start using the moment you walk out of the door.

The coaching is individually tailored to you but will generally include

  • A diagnostic assessment of your strengths and needs.
  • A clear understanding of what makes for great communication.
  • Discovering the role that status plays.
  • Talking in a way that your audience will understand.
  • Understanding the psychology of relationships.
  • Connecting to the power of your story.
  • Understanding how to structure your message powerfully.
  • Developing the art of persuasion.
  • Making full use of mental and emotional connection.
  • Adapting to different audiences.
  • Taking responsibility for your vocal and physical energy.
